WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME, IT IS MUTUALLY UNDERSTOOD THAT YOU HAVE READ, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND, AND WILL COMPLY WITH ALL THE FOLLOWING POLICIES AS WELL AS THOSE LISTED IN THE “SERVICES” MENU. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.

*** If you are interested in becoming a regular client, you must be willing to schedule your fill appointments in advance. I cannot guarantee you a follow up appointment if you do not book ahead.***

COVID MASK POLICY: At the salon, we operate within municipal and/or provincial mandates .

FOR COVID SAFETY, PLEASE DO NOT BRING GUESTS WITH YOU.

NEW CLIENT BOOKING FEE
All first time clients are required to pay a $25 non-refundable booking fee to secure an appointment. Your booking fee will be applied towards the total cost of service.

Once I have received your $25 booking fee via e-transfer, I will confirm your appointment via text with date and time. 

CANCELLATIONS
new clients: Minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations by new clients is required. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your $25 booking fee. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, your booking fee will be applied to your new appointment.

existing clients: Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice will result in a cancellation fee of $25 due at your next appointment. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
I will always confirm, via text, at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

TARDINESS
All appointments are time-sensitive. If you are more than 15 minutes late, this may result in having to adjust your services, or cancelling your appointment altogether, to ensure that I am on time for the next client. If I have to cancel your appointment due to tardiness, you will be required to pay a $25 rebooking fee before your next appointment.

NO-SHOWS
If you no-show your scheduled appointment, I will not re-book you. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

ILLNESS
If you are sick, please reschedule. I cannot afford to get sick. I am a one-woman show and doing nails is how I make a living. If I am sick, I will do my best to give you adequate notice and will reschedule you a new appointment as soon as my schedule allows.

CELLPHONES
Please keep cellphone use to a minimum, preferably for emergencies only.

FOOD & DRINK
Please no food and drink.
